Biogenic Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Solanum indicum Linn

Abstract: Background: Synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using green plants is important for biocompatibility, reduced hazards, policy and eco-friendliness. Materials Methods: In this study, a leaf extract Solanum indicum associated AgNPs were used to examine larvicidal properties other biological activities. AgNP forms characterized with scanning electron- microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Radiation spectroscopy (FTIR) UV-vis spectra. Larvicidal activity was assessed Culex pipiens larvae the World Health Organization method. Antibacterial potential S. evaluated well diffusion assay. vitro impacts studied spleen cell propagation. Conclusion: Leaf extracts may be efficient eco-friendly control Their antibacterial useful if care taken prevent cytotoxic effects.
